Refund Policy

CutClean is a digital service operated by Not A Cult LLC. This policy explains refunds for subscriptions and credit packs. It works together with our Terms of Service.
Subscriptions (Pro and Shop)
Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the Stripe Billing Portal in one click. Cancellation stops the next renewal charge and you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
Because access is available immediately and throughout each paid period, renewal charges are generally non-refundable for the current period once the period has begun, except where required by law. If you were charged in error, or you cancel right after a renewal and have not used the service in the new period, contact us within 14 days and we will review a refund in good faith.
Pay-as-you-go credit packs
Credit packs are digital and are made available to your account immediately. They are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law or if a technical failure on our side prevented you from using credits you paid for — in that case, contact us and we will make it right. Unused credits expire 12 months after purchase.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you (for example, EU/UK withdrawal rights).
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account and tell us what you'd like refunded. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe.
